HOW IT WORKS

Discover Call

This 15 minute call is our chance to listen and learn about you, where you are in your journey, what you've tried, your health & fitness goals and most importantly... if we can indeed help you.   


If it is a fit, we'll guide you through the rest of the process which includes, a  health history evaluation, Postural balance and alignment assessment,  and a habit, lifestyle and Health goals assessment.


If IT IS NOT a fit, we'll do our best to point you in the right direction, as our ultimate goal is to help people get where they need to be.

Program Set-Up

If it's a fit, we'll guide you going through the set-up process and get you started with the 28 Day Kick-Start Program.


Here is where you'll get  access to our Mobile Training App where you can review your program, download your meal plan, track progress and check in with your coach.


You'll also schedule a time for your Welcome/ Goal Setting Call to review your Postural Balance and Alignment Assessment, Your Success Goals and answer any questions.

Hi! My name's Tanya, I'll be your coach and I feel your pain, because I was you...

I've went from being a Collegiate Heptathlete / Olympic Hopeful , to trainer, fitness competitor, fitness coach, wife, mother, owner of a lifestyle management firm to track coach and back again. 

Having worn all those hats, what I've learned is "People are unique... and so are their situations".
