CHECKOUT SAMPLE EXERCISES
HOW DOES IT WORK?
COMPLETE ASSESSMENT FORMS – You’ll complete a set of health history & fitness goal questionnaires. Once received and reviewed, we’ll contacted you to conduct your functional movement screening.
COMPLETE A VIDEO CONSULTATION – Once we receive both the questionnaires and movement screening, we’ll schedule a video consultation. During the call, we’ll review the assessments, explain what we found, how your program will work for you specifically and answer any questions.
GET YOUR PLAN – Using the assessments and consultation information, we’ll get to work creating your individualized training or therapy program.
Once ready, you’ll get an email with access information to our Mobile Training App where you can review your program, download your meal plan, track progress and check in with your coach.
